Why do I need to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account allows you to:

• Save your Shipping Information

• Access your Favorites from any computer

How long will my order take to complete?

Most orders take 3-5 days to process. Specialty orders may take longer. Please allow additional time for shipping.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you are concerned about order status or discover any type of issue with your order please contact us via phone or email and we will address your concern immediately.

What is Blank Stock?

You can order most products without any personalization. However, we highly recommend you personalize your products. Product image will not change.

Can I order a Sample?

Samples are available for most products free of charge upon request.

Can I see what my product will look like before I order?

Yes, if you do not have a logo. Our FREE downloadable proof will show your personalization and color choices. To have a proof emailed an additional charge may apply and will be sent after the order is submitted for processing.

Can I use a different ink color than what is shown?

We show our standard color options. However, most of our products can be customized including using PMS inks. Extra charges may apply, please contact us for details.

What are acceptable files for artwork?

Preferred file formats are: PSD, PDF, EPS, AI or Tiff. Acceptable file formats are: CDR, PS, QXD, IND, JPG and PNG. Maximum file size is 5MB. You can also provide a clear black and white file, allow additional days for processing.
Microsoft Office: Artwork submitted by Word or Publisher will take additional time to process and may delay your order. To avoid any delays, and to embed all fonts and images, please save your Microsoft file as a PDF file from the original computer on which your artwork was created. (We do not accept Excel or PowerPoint files.)
NOTE: Artwork retouching may require additional charges. We will provide cost and processing time prior to processing your order. We reserve the right to decline any logo that will not reproduce (e.g. sketches, clippings & photo copies). Note: multiple artwork files can be zipped and uploaded to the site.

What file is best to use for my photo -If applicable?

For best results use a high-resolution photo. Typically, files that are larger than 500kb print best. You can upload .JPG and .TIF. Please note that any reproduction of photographs, designs or artwork requires written permission from the original author. The author (such as a photographer, artist or designer) retains the right to the work. Physical possession or ownership of a copy of the original does not give you the right to reproduce the work without written permission from the author.
